Street Scenes

After a lay-in to catch up from tiredness from travelling, late morning we headed into Vathi (capital), Ithaca (Ionian Islands), Greece to have an ice coffee and visit a beach we like (Minimata) nearby.

After a couple of hours, we were back at the car when I took the photo' of the lady on the three wheeler as they're fairly unusual these days, and in the opposite direction was another Greek lady with shopping trolley coming from the supermarket.

We got back to our villa late afternoon, and we'll pop into our local village of Stavros again tonight for a cheap and cheerful meal of toasties and chips - an ice cold beer for me and a carafe of wine for Mrs BB.  The temperature was up to 32C at one point!
