Red laces

When the original laces broke the only red replacements I could find were too short. I put up with them for a bit then gave in and put in the nice long brown ones.

Imagine my delight in discovering even longer red laces and duly threaded them in place today.
What do you think, fellow Blippers? Are they actually too long? Too red? Too funky? Maybe I should stick with the brown ones?

It's academic really, as these comfy red shoes will be back in their box shortly as the weather will determine that boots are a better choice of footwear for the next few months.
