Relationships

After a two-week break, I'm back on blip. In relationship terms, I strayed from a long-term partner to try out a sexy, new hussy, and found she didn't tick all the boxes. While the long-term partner has made some decisions I don't agree with, I'm going to rise above it, and focus on all the good things that make us great together.

The bit-on-the-side (365project.org) wouldn't let me add links or formatting to the text, the search wasn't great, there was no automatic link to facebook, and no shiny iphone app. So, as I said I would do, I tried something new, and found the grass isn't so much greener, but a slightly sun-singed brown. Anyone who follows the journal will either have to keep up to date, or else sign up to see more than five blips at a time.

Out for dinner tonight, then another wander in town to get some better light on the buildings I shot yesterday. We came across this bizarre scene - the bride posing for pics, seemingly without a groom, but the photographer himself was the groom and left the bridesmaid (or assistant - in puffa jacket) to take the pics. Meanwhile, a group of ladies pass by without so much as a second glance. The couple looked very happy, although it has to be said, the bride made far more effort than the groom - as you can maybe see here.

While I've been away...
- I've got my flickr account sorted out and uploaded hundreds of pictures
- Ive got a new boss
- I've installed a cooker hood
- I've started (and stopped again) wearing ties to work

I'll back blip to fill the gaps soon... but here's yesterday's for starters.
