Patterdale to Pooley Bridge

I am not happy with this shot, as I would like to have captured a boat or the ferry, but when the people you are walking with are anxious to make progress, all you can do is take quick snapshots.

I enjoyed the walk ( and the company ) though. It was part of a keep / get fit routine. The walk was a little hard going because of the heat. Although hazy, with restricted views today, this is a very pretty place to be.
