Blipping Late Blip!
Busy energetic day (ok after the sunday lie in that is).
Gail and I went out for a ride on the bikes. It was supposed to be a short ride. Nothing too far. We headed towards town and then picked up one of the National Cycle routes that follows one of the canals. At the far side of town we needed to decide whether to turn around and ride the four and a half miles back or continue all the way around town. That turned out to be over seven miles, so, a total distance of 13 miles. I know that is nothing for some of our fellow blippers, but its the furthest I've been for some while.
The great thing is we found many places and lovely locations around our town we never knew existed.
When we got back, it was far too tempting to cycle past the pub. So, we didn't resist temptation and called in for a drink.
Evening has been hectic though - many jobs to get done including preparing seven entries for tuesday's camera club competition. Also, a nice walk with the dog across the fields to capture this image of one of my many blipped trees.
Is it really Monday tomorrow?
