Derelict boat plus egret

Rather a bleak image for what has been a perfectly nice day.  Rain. Wind. Tennis. Bath. I did usefully sew up the hem on a pair of relatively new trousers, which I might as well do whenever I buy new things, but of course don't. Also spent much much longer than necessary on trying to organize travel to the Midlands next week. Mainly, I think I'm in denial at how far it is and how much it costs and want it to be different.
