Bald Head Island

Today we took a ride from Southport (about 20 miles from Wilmington) to Bald Head Island - a small island with lots of big houses. Cars are not allowed though because the roads are very narrow so we rented a golf cart to drive around. Stopped at a couple of beaches, shops and lunch on the water. It was kind of like driving around a very underdeveloped Bermuda on a perfect traffic free day.  A couple of others in Extra. We did find some really pretty and intact shells.
