W-I-D-E on Wednesday: Practice Makes Perfect

Steveng is hosting the Widwed challenge again this week, and would like "something from a proverb or old saying". Son#2 is with staying with us this week so it provided the opportunity for me to photograph him perfecting his piano technique. He's vastly better than me at the piano (partly because I've not played for years but also because I struggled to improve in spite of having had lessons for some years as a child).

(It's a lovely old piano given to us many years ago by my Editor's parents. It's had a few knocks in its time but it sounds great when it's played well!)
