Today’s parable

Still in (back in after several days) da boot. I have a Morton’s neuroma in the 3rd webspace. Usually the pain and discomfort is on the bottom of the foot but I feel it on the top and bottom. I can walk in a shoe for an hour today, two tomorrow, etc based on pain level. I received an injection which doesn’t seem to have helped. PT in the future, I think.
My ruined gait is the boot root of the severe pain throughout my body: knee, hip, back, shoulder, neck.

In other news…I postponed my trip to Madera Canyon from next week to mid-November.

 Here’s the problem with fruit: it’s inconsistent. Sometimes the apples taste delicious but some are bad. Sometimes strawberries are great and sometimes they’re disgusting. Do you know what’s the same every time? Doritos.
