Port Askaig

The ferry from Islay to Jura. Which we were going to take but couldn't on account of the fact that we would have 'bottomed out' on the ramp on the other side due to the fact that we have a 'big overhang' behind the rear wheels on the van. We had already damaged the bracket holding the spare wheel underneath the rear end coming onto Islay. So we had to pacify ourselves by sitting outside this pub, drinking cold beer, sitting in the sun watching the boats come and go - it's a hard life!
