Chilly, wet, sunshine

A mixed day..
Picked French beans, last courgettes, con cob, plus bunch of Spinach/chard dropped them of to Mandy, who is currently undergoing chemo.
Down to CK, walked Indie, spent a couple of hours with Mum looking through old photos & postcards sent from Anchor regulars while on their jolly hols, travels in the forces etc. This bag from 1970's. Jogging both our memories. A phone call from Devon Fire Service to make apt for Fire risk assessment at Mum's booked for next week. Back home, lunch, then off car hunting with hubby. No success. Dropped some shopping off at Mum's. Back home, Liz arrived, drove down to CK. Cleaner sorted. Yay!.
