Sunset – almost!!!

Apparently sunset this evening is at 7.19pm. This photo was taken at about 6.19pm.  Ann & Iain went to 'Friday afternoon club.'

When we are in St Ives, Ann usually meets her friends on a Friday afternoon, at the 'Harbour Pool Club', for a couple of glasses of wine. This afternoon she drank a whole bottle of wine. Lol! She's blaming our friend, Iain (who is staying with us at the moment) for prolonging 'Friday Afternoon Club'. Normally, I only get left 'home alone' for less than 2 hours. Today I had to stay home alone for just over 3 hours???

I didn't mind. I'd had an hour and a half walk first thing this morning along all the beaches, and then before Ann & Iain went out this afternoon, I had a 50 min walk through the fields.

Ann got home just after 6pm and took me for a play in the field. (Hence the almost a sunset photo) and Iain got a taxi up the hill and didn't arrive home till about 6.30pm.

Mmmmmmmm........................ much as Ann loves having visitors to stay................. it requires an awful lot of organisation.

….................She's busy cooking a 'chicken & chorizo tray bake' now (while Iain is lying on the sofa reading his book). Anyway she must not RANT!!!!

BUT.......................... on a positive note....................... our weather app has been telling us for the last couple of days, that we will be having thundery showers. We haven't had any thundery showers. The weather for the last couple of days has been fabulous. Yay!!!!!!
