A mothers campaign

Last night I met Caroline.  Her campaign  GoFundme to raise money to pay for the energy bills for her severely handicapped daughter, so touched Kate Winslet that the Titanic star donated £17,000.
 
Caroline lives in Tillicoultry a few miles from here and we had both signed up for the same video class (more about that another time).
 
She uses social media,Twitter, to highlight the problems of handicapped people and carers.
 
 Despite promises, Carolynne say, the NHS Scotland have done nothing.
