A random cliff near the Rio Puerco

The dog and I went exploring today. This was car exploring not hiking, which consists of driving down an unknown road, getting out and walking around some and then going farther down the road and repeating. The dog says there is to much car involved and that it is boring. We saw a lot of what I consider to be pretty scenery and then went thru one of the worst thunderstorms ever. The dog did not appreciate how nice and dry the car was and continued his sad dog with head on paws act. I promised him that tomorrow would involve dog running (=dog joy).

Today, I give thanks for the day I was given, rain in abundance for the flowers and plants, red rocks, green mesas and beautiful clouds.
