SAD FAREWELL

We were up at 6am…
#last walk along the beach after breakfast (we were surprised they opened the restaurant for us that early…it wasn’t the usual full on spread but still lots of choice)
#I loved the goodbye from the team…great banner.
#our taxi to the airport.
#we went at great speed…such a laugh trying to get a photo…we did get a good one but I like this one more!!
Flight to Dubai….where we managed to get about an hours snooze in…especially as we had a spare seat so we could spread out a bit. Transfer gap was 2 hours but by the time we got to the gate had a cuppa it was nearly time to get the next flight to the UK.
# I do love afternoon tea…unique at 40,000ft with a glass of something too!!

We seemed to be just ahead of the sunset for most of the trip.
J was there to meet us after a really long wait for one of our suitcases (1 was out immediately then…)
Eventually got home at 10PM but 2AM by our body clock…20 hours travelling…work tomorrow?!?!?!

Glad to be home safely after such a great time making memories
