Shaun the sheep

Hubby J has been part of the "Biobank Health Project" since it began 20 years ago.  The project collects information from volunteers on a multitude of health issues and is arguably the world's most important health resource, transforming global health research worldwide.  Generally he contributes to the bank by verbal/written reports, but on this occasion he agreed to visit the "bank" in Newcastle to undergo some health checks. As I thought it might be a stressful process, I decided to go along with him, and daughter J came too. In her day-to-day job J is involved in researching projects So she planned a couple of days sightseeing for us.
J's husband is a mega fan of Wallace and Gromit and particularly Shaun the sheep.  It just so happened that in Newcastle there is a Shaun the Sheep Tyne Art Trail that takes you around the city looking for the different Shauns - all 30 of them. It is raising money for St. Oswald's Hospice.  After an hour or so of Shaun and sightseeing, we decided that was enough and headed for lunch at an outdoor cafe where we watched the world go by for another hour.
