Same every year

What's the day start getting shorter, and the temperatures start getting colder this Yucca plant always throws up it's flowers. It is looking particularly tatty this year so I don't know what the flowers are going to look like.

I have been trying to catch up with my comments using my new phone. The voice typing that I used on my previous one does not seem to be as good. I have found a few unfortunate errors in what it has typed. I have corrected all the ones I have found but please forgive me if some of my comments are gibberish
