Odds and Ends

It was probably inevitable that two hours after I stacked the patio chairs and covered them with their bespoke cover for the winter, having considered sitting out in the sun had had its day, out came the sun and the Meadows filled with lounging students. It’s even warm enough for me to lounge outside too but I no longer have my chairs and it’s maybe a bit windy.

Having knitted more socks than I can count, I have accumulated a bag of left over wool. This annoys me so much that I have begun knitting short socks in odd colours to use it up -short socks because they are easy to put on cold damp feet after a swim. The blip shows the latest effort.
