Soup

Leek and potato to be exact. Made this this morning from the keeks and potatoes I was given at the weekend from surplus. It is destined for the cafe Wednesday when we will be serving sausage rolls as well and I think chicken enchiladas.
We were at Bookers by 8 am for drinks for the harvest lunch next Sunday and straight home to deliver then to the church. Back home by 9am. Washing had finished so hung out on line then a wait for the postman to deliver Jaspers drugs.
This afternoon I had another chiropractic appointment with Tracy working on those rotor cuff muscles . Not as bad as last week but she said my face said hurry up and get this over with. I see her again next Friday.
We had a lovely surprise last night as we had a long 2 1/2 hour chat with the family whilst they had breakfast. The girls were excited to tell me about kindergarten and school. Brooklyn had been off a couple of weeks as her day care had to close due to a really bad ( ongoing) e-coli outbreak. Her day was shut but not affected thankfully. She starts her new day care today . That is just an answer to prayer. Grandma stayed with them during this time as neither parents could take time off.
Now to ice the shoulder and rest
