Backblipped Tuesday for Saturday

Early start to get Phin walked and breakfasted before our son and his wife arrived with their dog Henry. They’re off to Florida with her parents for a fortnight and we’re dog sitting.

I also wanted to put a colour mask conditioner on my hair to freshen up the colour before my next hair appointment.

Managed to get everything done (including the final bits into the van) before they arrived. They left their car with us so Mr PHL drove them to the airport to meet up with Ali’s parents.

When he returned we got the caravan hitched up and headed off for a couple of nights in Pitlochry to meet up with Mr PHL’s brother and his wife. They had walked in to the town centre so after we got set up we drove in to meet them. We had a quick drink in a dog friendly bar and decided we’d have steak and chips for dinner so after a quick pitstop at the local Co-op we all piled into the car and drove back to the campsite.

The weather wasn’t too bad (despite a flood warning) but we cosied up in our caravan and chatted before barbecuing the steaks and cooking all the other bits inside.
Rather more wine was drunk than was good for me but we had a fun evening and thankfully called it a day around 11.
