Waterfall at Buckland Abbey

Just wiped out what I had written so now you get just a quick summary! Lovely walk with Jane Pollard at Buckland Abbey. Had coffee and cake first and pot of tea afterwards!

We went today and had beautiful weather before storm Agnes shows her face tomorrow! Both of us were overdressed for the weather but enjoyed the walk anyway!

On my return I made a cake , a vanilla sponge with real butter! Oh the novelty of having s hand held mixer! Normally it is s wooden spoon and elbow grease! It will be filled with marscaponee and crème fraiche filling with pruned in Armagnac.
