Meet Up

First day back in Aberdeen. It felt quite cold after a couple of weeks of warm weather. Wet in the evening and overnight as a storm passed over.

Luckily for my first day back I had a meet up with former colleagues to look forward to in the evening. I braved the rain to head over to Cafe Andaluz. A convivial evening followed. The restaurant was fairly busy, although I was surprised to see that by 9:30 it was almost empty.

Following the approval of the development of the Rosebank oilfield the comment was made that if a couple more developments were approved we might get John Lewis back to Aberdeen. I fear not however, but at least we might keep M&S!
