Dressing Up in Regent's Park

After dropping Orla's Gran and Papa off at Euston Station we headed over to Regent's Park for some lunch in the tennis pavilion. After lunch we chilled out on the grass for a couple of hours. It was a nice sunny day, perfect for lying on the grass. Orla took my shoes off in order to tickle my feet and then decided to wear them, along with my cap and go for a bit of a walk.

Then we walked round to the boating pond and saw a load of heron's standing sunbathing by the water. A bizarre sight.

Anne took us on a tour of Marylebone High Street, a lovely place. Loads of beautiful shops and cafes. Then we walked all the way back to Embankment. We had thought about getting the Clipper home but the queue was too long. But Orla was happy to get another play in the playground at Tower Hill on the way home.

We watched the final of Britain's Got Talent in the evening, won by a shadow dancing team from Budapest. So Hungary also has talent!

Here are some more photos of today.
