Having a Laugh

It must have been something little Eva said before she fell asleep that made me laugh so much. GrannyO and her parents joined me for a valedictory coffee this morning when we all got a cuddle of a very sleepy baby. It was sad to say goodbye to Wendy but I hope she will soon be down from Orkney again to check on Eva. I will miss our coffee and Porty outings.

No sooner had they departed than a friend from Maggie’s arrived following  a visit to her lawyers in the next building. I felt I had taken root. 
I have a bit of a breather now  before I meet up with my neighbours for our TGIF drinks in Buttaburger- a change of scene at last!
