Leftover Wine

I have now discovered the mystery of leftover wine - the joke of the cook wondering what this mythical ingredient is that's required in some recipes! The amount needed for the meal now cooking for tomorrow evening is already out of the bottle and in the pan.

So, later, maybe I'll sample this 'left over wine'!
