Wetland Clearing

(Firstly huge thanks for your appreciation of the Bearded Vulture from yesterday.)

… volunteering with Pro Natura this morning. This is one of the small lakes in the wetlands but we were clearing the reeds in the dry section (extra). When we had finished I popped round to this lake and was taking this photo when a kingfisher flew past! Wow, I had no idea they were there, I shall have to go back!

Family is still here which is lovely, even more so as they cooked a delicious curry tonight!
