Ladies who drink wine

Busy day of cleaning as two of my doggy mum chums were coming round for a glass or two of wine after Mr PHL headed out to art class in the evening.

Downstairs windows all cleaned, bathrooms scrubbed, floors hoovered, kitchen scrubbed and the dreaded range top and cooked hood cleaned and polished with a micro fibre cloth.

I took the boys to Newbattle late afternoon to give Mr PHL a chance to wash the kitchen floor.

Dinner over and the dishes washed and I got a few snacks ready for the evening ahead. Irene and Paz arrived promptly as we spent a couple of hours chatting and drinking wine. Paz brought Ramos with her and Phin was delighted. Henry was a bit wary at first but is very good at taking himself off to a quiet corner if it all gets too much.

Suffice to say we had a lovely evening which finished around 1am. I’m pleased to say I tidied up before heading to bed.
