Another family catch up

Phin was ever such a good boy last night as he slept on his bed in the corner of the bedroom all night, only trying to come up for a cuddle around 7.

M and I took the dogs out before making a start on the sausages, bacon and eggs they’d planned for breakfast. It was tasty.

We left them mid morning and headed up to Aberdeen to meet up with some of Mr PHL’s family. We had time for a quick look at the shops in Union square which is dog friendly before we headed out to meet up at Crathes castle. Mr PHL’s brother and sister in law from Glasgow were staying in Banchory for the weekend and his sister lives in Peterculter so it was a convenient place to meet with the bonus of giving the dogs a good run about. I rather enjoyed this sign in the woods!

We’d arranged to go for an early dinner to a lovely restaurant in Kingswells and enjoyed catching up over tasty food. We left around 9 and made it back to Miss PHL’s flat by 11.30. Another 30 minutes and we were home.
