The breakfast bar!

This was taken at 7.30 this morning when I opened the curtains. I’m not normally on the move at this hour, but loads to do today. 

R came round to do some admin work with B, and to book a holiday in Dec for 3 of us, S will be working so cannot join in. This will be our first holiday abroad since 2019, so I’m a bit apprehensive !!! 

I prepared for S to visit in the afternoon to put up the track for the landing window curtains. He did his bit, B will do the next bit tomorrow, then I can finish off. 

This evening we all went out to dinner at a family run venue in the town. It was great. The food was delicious with such a varied menu. The atmosphere was fun, we will certainly be back and supporting this local business.

I enjoyed the chance to dress up and wear high heels, although the high heels were a bit of a challenge, walking in the dark and after a glass of wine!!!
