Chicken Marbella

Another one from the Ottolenghi cook book (see Friday). This was straightforward but with some weird (to me) ingredients. Pomegranate molasses anyone?

But it was actually very tasty and looked quite like the photo in the book.

But that's the lot - cant do any more with such esoteric items to buy. Although I will do this one again - good for a lunch party.
