Sad state of affairs

Our last visit to Springs was disappointing to see the state of the cemetery that Arnie’s gran is buried.

Today was devastating. Not only had there been a fire that had charred the ground but someone has been hacking the trees and the amount of litter was just disgusting.

How sad is it that people offer their services to escort visitors and are desperate enough to offer to maintain graves just to earn a little money.

Despite the above, it’s been a lovely Sunday, finished off with a long chat with A&A, who will hopefully be coming to visit soon, and the Bok match which was much closer than we had anticipated.
