Yarrow

So warm and humid today. A spit of rain while we were out walking doing errands otherwise some sticky sunshine. It rained this evening.

We attended a meeting with 4 members of the Care Home management team this morning to discuss what we can all do together to support Doreen’s care. Some positive outcomes which may help.

Uketok this evening, 90 minutes of playing finger ends are sore. A good workout for fingers, wrist, arm, foot, eyes and brain.
