Cored

It’s “green bin” day here tomorrow. Our small apple tree has produced an abundance of apples, with a lot lying on the ground and not looking particularly appetising. With everything else going on I haven’t had time to really think about preserving the apples in any way. So I collected them up and put them in the bin, together with our five tomato plants - which have also done well, but are now well past it. One of those end of season jobs, and a wet one as it’s been raining much of the afternoon.

I cored one of the apples so it was fit for purpose for today’s Mono Monday theme. Thanks to Libeccio for coming up with the theme.
