A familiar scene maybe?

My great granddaughter was flown with her Mum up to Christchurch midday, has been in surgery, and a Meckels Diverticulum has been dealt with. She’s now recovering together with her Mum, and hopefully her Dad will be there very soon too. He’s been driving up from Arrowtown - it’s a fair drive. Wee Cora is with my daughter & son-in-law. Phew! Tears of thankfulness & relief all round!
These episodes have been going on for some years but it’s never been diagnosed correctly till now. What a relief it’ll be for Hazel! and everyone as well.
