Waterfall Web

I saw a large white patch in the meadow and went out to explore.  It was an amazing spider web!  It was attached at the top to a Golden Rod and flowed down like a waterfall.  I've never seen one so big.  My wee meadow, even in this late stage, is still providing interesting things to see.  John will trim it back to 8" in November and leave it all lying where it falls.  He'll rake it in the Spring.  Gift#274: the constantly surprising meadow.
