Ringed Plover and Turnstones

Up slightly earlier than my norm, and with Sheol wandered down to the Northumberland foreshore to see if dawn wanted to play. She didn't really, although it's otherwise been a lovely if breezy day. There were several species of wader and small bird gadding about, and here's a ringed plover catching the morning sunlight, and in extras a pair of turnstones against the dawning sea.
