Open

It's been a tiring, but fruitful day. Early doors to meet my colleagues at Nero for a coffee. Meetings through the morning, staff seminar at lunchtime, and then we had a sort of "open afternoon" for the School. Of course, not everyone was there, but we were about 80 which was pretty good, and fruitful, and challenging in all sorts of ways. Masses of creative thinking, good will, and willingness to exchange ideas. I didn't meet anyone new, but loads of new connections were made. I enjoyed it enormously. It wasn't about the outcomes, but the process, and about building trust.

We moved across the quad and had drinks and snacks together.

They are a good hearted lot and I'm proud to be able to help them be their best selves.
