Sleeves. Button holes.

Al is astonished by his nearly finished pyjama top!

I was pleased with the sleeves, but I made a total dogs breakfast of the button holes.

I haven't sewn the buttons on yet but Al wants to wear it tonight anyway.

I should have made it a size bigger really.

Now Al wants me to make him a red Hawaiian shirt to recreate one he loved (literally) to bits a few summers ago. I am looking forward to giving that a go but I'm going to have to improve my buttonhole technique first!
