Bordeaux First growths

One of the hobbies I've cultivated in retirement is wine tasting. I belong to 2 tasting groups, one of which concentrates on fine wines. This evening was a particular highlight - tasting 8 high quality Bordeaux wines. They were sublime. Such wines are way beyond my normal consumption, so it was a delight and great education to taste these wines (in small quantities) with a group of very knowledgable people. I learned a lot.
