Above The Rock

Needing to do a food shop, I drove the twenty minutes to Coleford as it's a lovely route through the stunning Wye Valley. I stopped near Yat Rock (Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire) and took an aerial photograph of Coppett Hill and it's bend on the River Wye.

It's supposedly one of the most photographed locations in the UK because of it's stunning views and numerous birds of prey that use the cliffs for nesting. The photo' is two combined and shows the start of the autumn colours.
