The weather forecast for the day was terrible and with only 6 cherry tomatoes and a tiny piece of cheese in the fridge for meals I had to go shopping. I drove down to the local shops.

Then a few jobs done at home and it was dry when I put some bird food out. I decided to attempt a walk and see how far I got. Just me and my phone. Did the usual route to the park (passing the police station) and it was still dry so I extended the walk past the football club through a car park and came out by the bowling club. Still no rain so a circuitous route home. 3 miles in total instead of the 1.5 that I expected to do.

I don’t think the bike which has been there for several weeks is for police use.

It’s rained all afternoon.
