Job done

Photo taken and sent to the company building the potting shed. They take details and quote prices,  but don’t accept the order until they see evidence of the base. They have quoted up to 8 weeks for delivery, fingers crossed that it won’t be that long. 

Today was a finishing off the areas and cleaning up day. Considering how mucky the driveway was, they have done a brilliant job. They have been first class all round and a pleasure to work with. 

I hadn’t appreciated the difficult soil conditions that we have in the part of the country and the inadequate quantity of top soil that the builders have put beneath the turf that was laid. 

It’s now over to our bit of the job. We have emptied the garage of the items that live behind the garage. Now that the area has been paved it is much more easily managed than turf!!! I’ve added a picture of this area before the items were moved. 

R headed off to Bahrain to work this morning. Fourteen days non stop, so she will be exhausted by the time she gets back.
