'The Breath of Life'

It's been raining enough to make umbrellas a necessity for the walk to work , and we've been taking the direct route, sacrificing steps for being indoors!

We worked late, the evening, before walking back home, which takes us past Hannah's place. She'd just finished a video conference, so the three of us walked up to the Old Fire Station for a bite to eat.

Here is my umbrella, taking a well-earned rest in the corner by our table. It was a present from the Minx, and it features 'The Breath Of Life', a painting by Tom duBois, which was used for the front cover of Nick Cave's 'Ghosteen' album. (Although you can't see that, sorry.)
