A friend of mine in Christchurch visited Hazel & her Dad in hospital this morning. There’s a photo in Extras. The very best of news is that not only did Hazel manage a little walk today, but during the night her (delicate subject coming up but crucially important!) bowels moved.
We’re all absolutely stoked and relieved. That’s the most important step forward. Wonderful!

I did go to church and was intrigued to hear a young YWAMmer talk about her connection here in Queenstown with YWAM and how they go about their lives, caring for others.

Hazel was mentioned during the prayer part of the service, and afterwards I was inundated with kind wishes and care. It’s like my own support group! That was wonderful too.
