Cairo Traffic

Not a great blip, so apologies, but it's the best of a few quick shots tonight after dinner from work. My colleagues and I had hoped to take a taxi to Zamalek (our old area) after school for a bite to eat, but there was a demonstration over that way and so the traffic was horrendous. Not sure what the details were. We were advised not even to try to go there as one of the main bridges was closed. Blips are suffering a bit at the moment with not getting home till after it's dark, tired and not knowing this area yet. The heat and pollution don't help either! Sorry! Am hoping it's not so hot or sandy at the weekend, which starts on Thursday night, and I might walk out with my camera.
