Sunset Stroll

With a difference.

There wasn't really a sunset, at least not from Rhydy lane where I was walking Meg and the sun had already disappeared behind a bank of cloud out to sea.  The light and the sky were however, beautiful.   It was also pleasantly warm - ridiculously so for October - and I had more energy in my legs than for a while.  Great!

All this after a day working at Aber Cafe.  The highlight of the day was when H & C brought in their puppy to meet us :-)    Otherwise it was a day of little complications.  Defrosting an iced up freezer, fighting a misbehaving coffee machine, bemused when the card machine refused to print - who knew that a very slightly imperfect roll would be enough to upset the printer heads.   All resolved cheerfully, no small thanks to the other staff for their fortitude.

Home to a night in, sending out a crocus seed list to fellow enthusiasts and sorting seed to send to the AGS seed exchange.   Idle pleasures!
