Red barn

During a long walk in the beautiful autumn weather, I found a blip containing many of the things you see most of around these parts. The plain along the southern west coast of the island is all old seabottom and has some of the best soils around this part of the country. This blip is only a kilometre from my house.

I started this morning giving a guitar lesson to one of my students. He usually present a problem he has with something in a song, we never know where we end up but our meetings are always musically rewarding.
