A few screws loose!

Melanie had sent for a kitchen trolley from Argos so we put it together. Sounds simple eh?
Ha! The first piece we took out had a bit at the end that was split. We stuck it together with wood glue which was fine but it had to be left to dry and set for about 5 hours which really held us up. So we went for a long and very damp walk and when we got back had a cuppa.
Eventually we could put the trolley together. It’s a good job I was here as it was so hard to do and some screws still haven’t gone far enough in. One person alone couldn’t have done it. We’ll have to ask SiL Johnnie to come over with his electric screwdriver.
We still have her bookcase to build from Ikea but that can wait till Wednesday as it’s a day out tomorrow! It’s meant to be dry!
