Black Dress

Sabrina was a bridesmaid at her friend Vicky’s wedding today. They’ve been friends for years. Vicky is very quirky - as well as being a social worker she also runs an antique and vintage shop called The Red Barn. The gift bags handed out to wedding guests contained a second hand Charles Dickens book, peacock feathers, tiny teddies, sparkly hair clips, a miniature alcohol and Scottish Tablet.

Melanie and I were child minding though we hardly saw Amelia and Lucy as they were playing Roblox (?) in Lucy’s room.

We watched the Netflix documentary series of David Beckham and Victoria. I was a bit dubious about it but actually it was very interesting and I see them in a different light now.

Melanie and I came back to hers once Sabrina and John came home so we can build her bookcase and trolley tomorrow.
I’ll be back at Sabrina’s on Wednesday before going home on Thursday.
It has bucketed it down all day today.
