Sunset on the beach

Fuse box day. The flat had a fuse box that seems original to when the place was built. We had an electrician around to update the sockets for the cooker and he recommended that we think about updating the fuses to something more modern and easier to replace. We decided that it would be a good idea and so, today, at 9am the electricians came and spent the day working. The power was off so, after they had had a coffee when they arrived, nothing else was made all day. 

I got over my slump from the last few days and ended up doing a second coat of paint in one of the bedrooms. PY did the other room. It was a bit strange being in a small pace while the electricians were working. PY went to pick up some lunch while they were out and, in the meantime, I continued painting. 

Later, we took a walk to the waterfront just before sunset. It was remarkably peaceful outside and back for some dinner.
